Armadillo Removal

The armadillo is a non native species that is now found in The nine-banded armadillo, (Dasypus novemcinctus), is found in the United States, primarily in the south central states (notably Texas), but with a range that extends as far east as South Carolina and Florida and as far north as Nebraska; they have been consistently expanding their range in North America over the last century due to a lack of natural predators, and have been found as far north as southern Illinois and Indiana.

The armadillo because of its non native status has no protection in the United States and may be taken any day of the year. Please consult your local Fish and game or Department of Natural resources for the law in your own state.

We trap, take, capture, catch, removal and control all problem causing nuisance armadillos.

Bat Removal

Bats are our only winged mammal species here in North America which makes up the United States, Canada and Mexico. Bats  are rarely seen because they are nocturnal and spend their roosting time with their bat colony which could be far away in a cave or mine somewhere , out back in the woods in the trees and sometime yes found living in the attic of a home. To learn more about bats please visit our bat removal Pro Website

We remove bats by bat exclusion after sealing up all entry places bat colonies can reenter your home. We use special designed bat valves that let bats out and not back in your attic. Bat exclusions should never be done when a maternal colony has flightless bat pups inside.

Most bats are protected in the United States and stiff penalties may result for  the intentional killing of bats. We and all members of this Anytime Wildlife Control web site are trained in and always use humane bat removal techniques using one way bat valves or one way bat tubes that let the bats out and not let them back in. They may also be trained in some specialty bat control work that involves the use of bat netting or bat trapping using nets and traps specially designed for bat removal work.  These latter methods work best for colony sampling for disease, gene or other scientific research and rarely useful in and around most homes or business’s unless there is a health department concern regarding bats & rabies.

Bird Control

Three bird species are not protected here in the United States and Canada by the  Migratory Bird Treaty Act of 1918 and they are the English Sparrow, The European Starling and the Pigeon . If you have problems with other nuisance birds such as Blackbirds, Bluebirds, Buzzards, Chimney Swifts,  Doves, Ducks, Geese, Grackles, Vultures, Woodpeckers,  and other nuisance birds a permit may be required before any lethal control methods may be used. A bird depradation permit is required for all protected bird species and is usually issued after the use of frightening devices suchas propane cannons, distress calls, mylar-style tape, Scare Eye Balloons and bird control cdr’s.

Most bird control problems can be solved by non lethal bird control techniques which include  habitat modification, exclusion, using repellents, removing bird nests, egg addling, bird trapping or other non lethal bird control methods.

Examples of Lethal Bird Control methods include the use of avicides or toxicants  such as as starlicide, use of firearms by shooting birds or the use of predatory birds aka falconry.
